- Lavender Lime Cocktail Salt
- 2 ounces freshly-squeezed lime juice
- 1 ounce Lavender Syrup
- 1 ounce agave
- 5 fresh blackberries
- 3 Jalapeño slices
- 1 1/2 ounces LALO Blanco Tequila
- Ice
- Fresh blackberries and jalapeño for garnish
Directions:
Rub the margarita glass rim with lavender syrup, and then dip one side of the rim in the lavender lime cocktail salt, coating evenly. Chill in the freezer for 5 -10 minutes.
Add the fresh lime juice, lavender syrup, agave, blackberries, and jalapeños to a shaker. Muddle the blackberries and jalapeños slices until they have broken down.
Add in the tequila and ice. Shake until well chilled.Strain the cocktail into the glass over ice and garnish.
Control the spiciness of the cocktail by not letting the jalapeños infuse in the shaker too long. The longer the jalapeños sit in the cocktail, the spicier the drink will be.
LALO Blanco tequila represents the truest and purest spirit on Earth, with no barrels or additives, boldly presenting the taste of the finest agave from the Jalisco highlands.
