What you need:

2 cups spelt flour (this whole wheat flour has a slightly nutty taste)
- 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, cut into pieces

8 ounces (2 cups) sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1/2 teaspoon sea salt

2 cups Rice Crispies© cereal
Directions:
Preheat oven to Bake at 350°F.
In a food processor, add the flour and butter. Pulse until well blended. Add cheese and seasonings. Again, pulse until well blended. Lastly, add the cereal and fold into the mixture with a spatula.
Drop by small rounds on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Flatten with a spoon (that has been coated in flour).
Bake for about 15 minutes. Don't allow wafers to get too brown.
Makes approximately 4 dozen.
