Wholesale Information

Account Setup:

Retailers must complete the Wholesale Application below.

All retailers must send your Sales and Use Tax Resale Certificate/Exemption to tina@raiderwest.com, in addition to the Wholesale Application before being approved and before making the first order.

Once approved, the wholesale product list will be emailed to you.

We do strive to zip code protect our retailers.

Ordering: 

Wholesale orders must be placed by e-mail to tina@raiderwest.com. Wholesale products are sold 6 to a case. The minimum opening order is $250. Reorder minimum is $150.

Payment:

Full payment for all orders must be received before an order is shipped. We accept all major Credit Cards.

Delivery time:

Most wholesale products are usually processed and shipped within 5-10 business days of receiving the order but are not guaranteed. We make every attempt to maintain an ample supply of our products, at times delays may occur due to unexpected order volume or the availability of ingredients. Should a delay occur, the retailer will be notified and arrangements made on a case-by-case basis. 

Shipping:

All items are shipped UPS or USPS Priority Mail from Lubbock, TX based on actual weight and shipping rate. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 7 days if there are items missing or damaged.
