Our Lavender Syrup is a year-round essential! Lightly floral and beautifully balanced, it enhances everything from cocktails and mocktails to coffee, tea, lemonade, and desserts.
We craft this syrup in small batches using natural ingredients, including dried culinary lavender from our farm, pure cane sugar, and fresh lemon juice. For a touch of magic, we steep butterfly pea flowers to create a brilliant blue hue—then add lemon juice, which transforms the syrup into a vibrant purple color.
