Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. We have a 14-day policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your products to inform us of an issue with a product(s). 
Contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please follow the instructions below.
  • You will need to provide a photo of the product in the same condition that you received it, and its original packaging. Do not discard product or packaging until we confirm whether it was a shipping issue or a product issue. 
  • You’ll also need the email receipt for proof of purchase.
  • Once we determine the issue, we will send the replacement product out within 2-3 days or issue a refund. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
