Our Lavender Lemon Cocktail Syrup is a must-have for any home bar or beverage enthusiast! The soft floral notes of lavender pair beautifully with bright, zesty lemon—making it a perfect addition to cocktails, mocktails, tea, lemonades, and even desserts.
We infuse fresh dried culinary lavender from our farm with pure cane sugar and fresh lemon juice, then add butterfly pea flowers for a natural color transformation. The syrup starts as a rich blue from the butterfly pea flowers and magically turns a vibrant purple when lemon juice is added.
