Shipping Policy

All Raider West Farms orders will ship within 1-3 business days through UPS or USPS depending on shipping preferences at checkout. All orders are properly packed in secure packaging and labeled fragile to prevent damage from shipping.

Orders shipped with both UPS and USPS include $100 insurance. Additional insurance may be purchased by adding Route Protection insurance during checkout. 

We are not responsible for any damages that take place during the shipping policy, but are happy to help you if your order does arrive damaged. Please take pictures of the packaging and the products and email them to tina@raiderwest.com. We will  contact the shipper to file a claim. Your order will then be replaced.
