Crafted in Jerez, Spain, our Sherry Vinegar is made from Palomino grapes and aged in oak barrels, some over 50 years old. Produced by a small, family-owned estate with four generations of vinegar-making expertise, this vinegar delivers remarkable depth, warmth, and complexity.

Rich, layered notes of dried fruit, toasted nuts, vanilla, caramel, nutmeg, and spice make it a standout ingredient for both savory and sweet dishes.
