Our bulk dark balsamic vinegar is made from red varietal dessert wine grapes from Spain. Raw and unpasteurized. No sugar, caramel coloring, or preservatives added. It contains naturally occurring sulfites.
Use in dressings and meat glazes. Pairs well with greens and arugula. Imagine port wine turned into balsamic vinegar - yum!
Notes: black currants, dark berries, and jam.
