Our dark balsamic vinegar is crafted from red dessert wine grape varietals grown in Spain. It’s raw, unpasteurized, and free from added sugar, caramel coloring, or preservatives, containing only naturally occurring sulfites.
Rich and complex, this vinegar is reminiscent of port wine transformed into balsamic—deeply flavorful and delicious.
Tasting notes include black currants, dark berries, and jammy richness.
Suggested Uses & Pairings:
Ideal for glazes on meats and charred vegetables, drizzling over cheese boards, tossing with greens (especially arugula), finishing soups, or baking with dark chocolate.
