Farm to Table

Raider West Lavender Farm focuses on naturally growing several different varieties of culinary lavender. Our farms culinary lavender has a subtly sweet, citrus flavor, and doesn't have an overabundance of camphor-like scent in its oils which can be overpowering in food and beverages, often leaving a strong after taste. We love continuing to explore all the creative ways to incorporate our lavender into new recipes! We're taking lavender to a new level in contemporary cocktails, mocktails and coffee beverages!
