Blackberry Jalapeño Margarita

Blackberry Jalapeño Margarita

What you need FOR A SINGLE MARGARITA:
  • 1 ½ ounces Tres Agave Tequila
  • 1 ounce Lavender Cocktail Syrup
  • 2 ounces freshly squeezed lime juice
  • ½ ounce agave
  • 5 fresh blackberries
  • 3 Jalapeño slices
  • Lavender Lime Cocktail Salt
  • Fresh blackberries and jalapeño for garnish
  • Optional: this cocktail can be made with Goodnight Loving Vodka.

Directions:

Rub the margarita glass rim with lavender syrup, and then dip one side of the rim in the lavender lime cocktail salt, coating evenly. Chill in the freezer for 5 -10 minutes.

Add the lavender syrup, fresh lime juice, agave, blackberries, and jalapeños to a shaker. Muddle the blackberries and jalapeños slices until they have broken down.

Add in the tequila and ice. Shake for 10-15 seconds until well chilled.
Strain the cocktail into the glass over ice and garnish.

Control the spiciness of the cocktail by not letting the jalapeños infuse in the shaker too long. The longer the jalapeños sit in the cocktail, the spicier the drink will be.
