Hibiscus Paloma

What you need:

  • Lavender Salt
  • 2 ounces Tequila
  • 1 ounce Hibiscus Syrup
  • 1 ounce fresh-squeezed grapefruit juice 
  • Ruby Red Grapefruit Soda (Lady Bird Soda Co)
  • Grapefruit Cocktail Garnish

Directions:

Rub half of the glass rim with hibiscus syrup, and then dip the rim in lavender lime salt. Fill a tall glass with ice. Add tequila and grapefruit juice. Add the Topo Chico and top with the hibiscus syrup. Stir and garnish with lime and grapefruit.
