What you need
- 1 ½ ounce Hibiscus Cocktail Syrup
- 1 freshly squeezed Lime
- 1 freshly squeezed Rio Red Grapefruit (US Citrus)
- 2-4 ounces Lady Bird Grapefruit Soda
- Hibiscus Cocktail Sugar
- Dehydrated Grapefruit for garnish
Directions
Optional: Rub the glass rim with syrup, and then dip the rim in the hibiscus sugar coating evenly.
Add the hibiscus syrup, lime juice, and grapefruit juice to a mixing glass and stir. Strain over ice-filled glass and top with grapefruit soda. Garnish with a dehydrated grapefruit. Yield: two refreshing spritzers or one large one!
