What you need:
- 1 large Coffee Ice Cube (See Note)
- 1 oz Coffee Liqueur
- 1 oz Vodka
- 1/2 oz Lavender Syrup or Lavender Vanilla Syrup
- 1 oz half-and-half
- Dash of cinnamon, optional
Place the coffee ice cube in a low-ball glass. Add the coffee liqueur, vodka, and lavender simple syrup and stir the mixture to combine. Slowly pour the half-and-half over the ice cube. The half-and-half will stay layered on top, forming a white layer on top of the black. Finish with a dash of cinnamon if desired. Stir before drinking.
Note:
To make the coffee ice cubes, simply freeze room-temperature brewed coffee in a large silicone ice cube mold overnight.
