In a heat safe measuring cup, combine boiling water and tea bags, stirring briefly. Steep for 3-5 minutes.
While the tea is steeping, heat the milk in a small saucepan on the stove over low to medium-low heat. When the milk reaches the right temperature, around 125ºF, it will resemble a light, loose foam.
Froth the hot milk using a milk frother. Alternatively, you can froth by hand with a whisk.
Add Lavender Simple Syrup to mug. Strain hot tea into mug, discarding the leftover tea bags.
Add frothed milk to the tea and stir briefly to combine. Garnish with dried lavender buds and enjoy warm!
