What you need:
- 1 oz. Lavender Simple Syrup (Lemon, Vanilla, Peach or Cranberry)
- 2 oz. Half and Half
- Pellegrino or Italian Sparkling Water
- Whipped Cream
- Ice
- Fruit for garnish
Directions:
Fill 16 oz. glass with ice. Add the simple syrup, and half and half.Top with sparkling water and top with whipped cream. Serve immediately, and garnish with lemon, strawberries, blueberries, peaches or cranberries if desired.
