Rose & Hibiscus Spritzer

This vibrant, floral-forward spritzer blends the delicate essence of rose with the tart brightness of hibiscus and lime. A splash of key lime ginger beer adds a zesty kick, making it the perfect mocktail for sunny afternoons—or dress it up with a floral garnish for your next garden party.

What You Need:

  • ¾ oz Raider West Farms Rose Cocktail Syrup
  • ¼ oz Raider West Farms Hibiscus Cocktail Syrup
  • ½ – 1 freshly squeezed lime (to taste)
  • 2 – 4 oz Lady Bird Key Lime Ginger Beer or Lady Bird Club Soda 
  • Optional: 3 – 4 oz chilled rosé wine (for cocktail version)
  • Hibiscus Cocktail Sugar (for rim)
  • Dehydrated lime slices for garnish

Directions:

  1. (Optional) Rim your glass by brushing the edge with Rose Syrup, then dip it into Hibiscus Cocktail Sugar to coat.
  2. In the glass, combine Rose Syrup, Hibiscus Syrup, and fresh lime juice.
  3. Fill the glass halfway with ice.
  4. Pour in the ginger beer and top with club soda, if using.
  5. Give it a gentle stir and garnish with dehydrated or fresh lime slices.
