What you need:
- ¾ cup Lavender Limeade Mix
- 1 qt. Water
- 1 ½ oz 21Seeds Valencia Orange Tequila
- 1 ounce Lavender Syrup
- 1 oz freshly-squeezed lime juice
- Lavender Cocktail Rimming Salt
- Topo Chico Twist of Lime
- Garnish with fresh or dehydrated limes
Directions:
Add lavender Limeade Mix to 1 quart of lukewarm water. Pour limeade into silicone ice molds and freeze for 6 hours or overnight. Refrigerate any remaining limeade.
Rub the rim of a margarita or highball glass with lavender cocktail syrup, and then dip the rim in the lavender salt. Fill the glass with lavender limeade ice cubes. Pour tequila, lavender syrup, and lime juice into a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake for 10-15 seconds until well chilled and strain into the glass. Add a splash of Topo Chico, if desired, and garnish with afresh or dehydrated lime. Enjoy!
