Chocolate Espresso Martini

This scrumptious martini just screams CELEBRATE!

What you need:

  • 2 ounces Goodnight Loving Vodka
  • 1 ounce Lavender Chocolate Syrup
  • 1 ounce Cold Brew Espresso
  • Lavender Cocktail Sugar
  • Garnish with a raspberry or a strawberry
  • Chocolate chips (optional, see below)

Rub the martini glass rim with syrup, and dip the rim in the cocktail sugar, coating evenly. 

Optional: Melt 2-3 tablespoons chocolate chips. Dip the rim in the melted chocolate and then in the lavender sugar. Also, dip a frother in the melted chocolate, invert the martini glass, and turn on the frother until the chocolate is swirled in the glass. Garnish with a raspberry or a strawberry.

Add vodka, lavender chocolate syrup, and cold-brew coffee to the shaker. Dry shake (no ice) for 15 seconds to mix the chocolate syrup and other ingredients well. Add ice and shake for 15 seconds until the mixture is thoroughly chilled. Strain the mixture into a martini glass and garnish with a raspberry or strawberry.
