Ingredients
- 2 ounces Goodnight Loving Vodka
- 1 ounce Lavender Syrup
- 1 whole lemon-juiced
- Pellegrino or Sparkling Water
- Garnish with fresh or a dehydrated lemon slice
- Lavender Sugar and Lavender Pink Salt for the rimming
Rub the glass rim with lavender syrup, and then dip half of the rim in lavender sea salt and the other half in the lavender sugar, coating evenly. Add the vodka, lavender syrup, and lemon juice to the glass, and fill halfway with ice. Top with sparkling water and stir. Garnish with fresh or dehydrated lemon slices.
