Hibiscus Gin Martini

What you need:

  • 1½ ounces Calamity Gin 
  • 1 ounce Hibiscus Cocktail Syrup
  • 1 ounce Lemon Juice - freshly squeezed
  • ¾ ounce Egg Whites (pasteurized)


Add the gin, hibiscus syrup, lemon juice, and egg whites to the cocktail shaker. Dry shake (no ice) for 20 seconds to build up the egg white foam. Add ice and shake well for about 15 seconds. Strain into martini glass and garnish with a dehydrated lemon or for fun use a Hibiscus Macaron from Chickies Tasty Treats. 

Note: Egg whites add foam texture and volume to cocktails, and do not affect the taste.

Use Nolet's Silver Gin if Calamity Gin is not available in your area.
