What you need:
- 2 ounces Nolet's Silver Dry Gin
- 1 ounce Rose Syrup
- 1 ounce fresh squeezed lemon juice or lime juice
- 4-6 fresh raspberries, or more if you like it fruity
- Crushed or small ice for the glass, if available
- Dry rose petals and/or raspberries for garnish, optional
Directions:
Muddle 4-6 raspberries in a shaker glass, until you see a lot of raspberry juice, and the pieces of fruit don't stick together in a clump. Add the gin, rose syrup, lemon or lime juice, and ice to the shaker. Shake until chilled and strain the cocktail into an iced-filled glass. Garnish with some dry rose petals or raspberries.
Nolet's Silver Dry Gin is a Dutch-made gin infused with botanicals like Turkish rose, raspberry, and peach for an easy-going almost fruity spirit that pairs well with the rose syrup and raspberries.
