What you need
- 1 Gallivant Bubbly Rosé
- 3-4 Fresh Peaches (or frozen, if fresh is not available)
- 1 oz Lavender Peach Syrup
- Garnish with fresh Mint leaves
- Lavender Cocktail Sugar (to rim the wine glass-optional)
Remove the pit in the peaches. Slice and freeze the peaches on a parchment-lined cookie sheet for at least 1 hour.
Add the peach syrup to a wine glass. Add the frozen peach slices and top with the Rosé wine. Garnish with fresh mint. Serve immediately.
A sparkling wine can replace the Rosé wine.
Make a Frosé by adding the wine, peach slices, and syrups to a blender. Blend until the mixture reaches the desired consistency. Serve immediately.
For a non-boozy cocktail, replace the wine with flavored sparkling water.
