What you need
- Gallivant Bubbly White Wine
- 1 oz Lavender Syrup
- 3-4 Fresh Strawberries
- Lavender Sugar for rimming
- Frozen Strawberries-sliced in half (for ice cubes)
Rub the wine glass rim with lavender simple syrup, then dip in the lavender sugar, coating evenly. Add the lavender syrup and fresh strawberries to a shaker and muddle until the consistency is all pulp and juice. Add the muddled strawberry mixture to a wine glass, add the wine, and top with sliced frozen strawberries. Serve immediately.
