Cranberry Lavender Lemon Drop
- ¾ oz. Lavender Cranberry Simple Syrup
- 1 ½ oz. Lemon vodka
- ½ of a Lemon-juiced
- Lavender Sugar
Rub the martini glass rim with lavender simple syrup, and then dip the rim in lavender sugar, coating evenly. Pour the syrup, vodka, and lemon juice into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake for 15 seconds. Strain and pour mixture into the glass. Garnish with a lemon slice and or fresh cranberries.
Mix lemonade mix, simple syrup and water. Stir well and chill. Fill each champagne flute with 2/3 sparkling wine. Fill the remainder of the glass with the lavender lemonade. Serve immediately, and garnish with lavender if desired.

Lavender Iced Coffee
Lavender Blueberry Muffins
3/4 C Sugar
3 C Spelt or Unbleached Flour-sifted
2 TBS Baking Powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp Culinary Lavender
5 1/3 TBS Unsalted Butter-melted
11/4 C Milk
1 TBS Fresh Lemon Juice
1 TBS Lemon Zest-finely grated
1 C Fresh Blueberries
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Pulse lavender in food processor for 5-10 seconds. Add sugar and pulse for 10 seconds making sure lavender is finely minced. Melt butter and let cool.
Add sugar mixture to flour, baking powder and salt. Blend well.
In a separate bowl, combine the lemon juice with milk and let stand for 5 minutes. Add the rest of the wet ingredients to milk mixture.
Gradually stir wet ingredients into dry ingredients stirring until moistened.
Bake for 25-30 minutes. Cool completely in pan before serving.

- Pellegrino or Club Soda
- Lavender Sugar
- Lavender Sea Salt
Rub the glass rim with lavender simple syrup, and then dip half of the rim in lavender sea salt and the other half in the lavender sugar, coating evenly. In the order listed, pour the syrup, vodka, and lemon juice in the glass. Top with sparkling water or club soda. Garnish with lemon slices.
