What you need:
- 1.5 oz Raider West Farms Hibiscus Syrup
- ½ tsp freshly grated ginger root (or to taste)
- 4–5 fresh blackberries
- ¾ oz fresh lime juice
- 3 oz sparkling water or club soda
- Ice
- Fresh mint or edible flowers for garnish (optional)
Directions:
- In a shaker or mixing glass, muddle the blackberries with the grated ginger and lime juice until well combined.
