Hibiscus Blackberry Ginger Mocktail

🌺 This gorgeous mocktail is tart, slightly spicy, and perfectly floral—a sophisticated alcohol-free option for any gathering.

What you need:

  • 1.5 oz Raider West Farms Hibiscus Syrup
  • ½ tsp freshly grated ginger root (or to taste)
  • 4–5 fresh blackberries
  • ¾ oz fresh lime juice
  • 3 oz sparkling water or club soda
  • Ice
  • Fresh mint or edible flowers for garnish (optional)

Directions:

  1. In a shaker or mixing glass, muddle the blackberries with the grated ginger and lime juice until well combined.
  2. Add hibiscus syrup and ice, and shake gently to mix.
  3. Strain into a glass filled with ice.
  4. Top with sparkling water and stir lightly.
  5. Garnish with a few whole blackberries, a mint sprig, or an edible flower.
