What you need:
- ½ oz. Lavender Simple Syrup
- 4-6 oz. Lavender Lemonade
- ½ lemon-sliced
- ½ lemon-juiced
- ¼ cup Butterfly Pea Flower
- Lavender Sugar
Butterfly Pea Flower Tea: Add 4 cups of boiling water to ¼ cup Butterfly Pea Flower. Steep for 5 minutes. Let tea cool. Add 2 tablespoons of lemon juice to tea and stir. The lemon juice turns the tea from blue to purple. Strain tea.

Lemonade: Add ¾ cup of Lemonade Mix to 2 quarts of cool water. Mix well with a whisk.
Rub the glass rim with lavender simple syrup, and then dip in the Lavender Sugar, coating evenly. Fill the large glass with ice. Pour 4-6 ounces of Lemonade into each glass. In the order listed, add the Lavender Syrup and Butterfly Pea Flower Tea. Garnish with lemon slices and serve. Yields 4 servings.
