What you need:
- 2 oz Calamity Gin
- 1 oz Grapefruit Juice (unsweetened)
- 1 oz Lavender Peach Syrup
- 3 oz Soda Water (LadyBird Ruby Red Grapefruit Soda)
- Pink Salt for rimming
- Garnish with a dehydrated Grapefruit Half
Directions:
Rub half the rim of a Gin Balloon glass with peach syrup and then dip the rim in pink salt. Add ice, Calamity Gin, and grapefruit juice. Top with grapefruit soda and gently stir. Garnish with a dehydrated grapefruit half and/or slice of jalapeno if you are adventurous.
