The Peachy Gin Paloma combines botanical gin with Raider West Farms Lavender Peach Syrup, tart grapefruit juice, and Ruby Red Grapefruit Soda for a refreshing balance of sweet, citrusy, and floral flavors.
What you need:
- 2 oz Calamity Gin
- 1 oz Grapefruit Juice (unsweetened)
- 1 oz Lavender Peach Syrup
- 3 oz Soda Water (LadyBird Ruby Red Grapefruit Soda)
- Pink Salt for rimming

Garnish with a dehydrated Grapefruit Half and a Strawberry
Directions:
Rub half the rim of a Gin Balloon glass with peach syrup and then dip the rim in pink salt. Add ice, Calamity Gin, and grapefruit juice. Top with grapefruit soda and gently stir. Garnish with a dehydrated grapefruit half and/or a slice of jalapeno if you are adventurous.
Use a botanical gin such as Calamity Gin or NOLET'S Silver Gin.
