Irish Coffee


  • 1 ½ oz. Jameson Whiskey
  • Fresh Brewed Coffee
  • 1 oz Lavender Syrup 
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream (optional)
  • ¼ cup lavender sugar (optional)

Optional: Add heavy cream and lavender sugar to the chilled bowl of a stand mixer. Use the wire whisk attachment to a stand mixer, or a hand-held mixer, to beat the ingredients together, starting on low speed and increasing to high slowly as it begins to firm up, beating for 60-90 seconds until stiff peaks form. 

Fill the mug with hot water to preheat it, then empty it. Pour the freshly brewed coffee into the mug until 3/4 full. Add the whiskey and lavender syrup and stir. Top the mug with whipped cream and serve hot.
