What you need:
- ¾ cup Lavender Lemonade Mix
- 1 qt. Water
- Gallivant Bubbly Rosé
- 1 oz Lavender Cranberry Syrup
- 2 oz Pomegranate Juice
- Lavender Cocktail Sugar
- Garnish with fresh cranberries or pomegranate arils
Stir lemonade mix and lukewarm water until the lemonade mix is dissolved. Pour lemonade into silicone ice molds and freeze overnight.
Rub each wine glass rim with cranberry simple syrup, and then dip the rim in lavender sugar, coating evenly.
Place 2-4 lemonade ice cubes in each glass. Add the pomegranate juice and cranberry syrup, top with the Bubbly Rosé, and garnish with fresh or frozen cranberries and pomegranate seeds, if desired.
