The star of the show is the floral and slightly sweet lavender vinaigrette made with Raider West Farms' Lavender Syrup, which ties all the flavors together beautifully. It's simple, seasonal, and bursting with garden-fresh flavor.

What you need:

  • Fresh peaches, sliced
  • Burrata or goat cheese 
  • Arugula or red leaf lettuce
  • Toasted pecans or walnuts

Lavender Vinaigrette:

  • 2 tbsp Lavender Syrup
  • 2 tbsp White Balsamic Vinegar
  • ¼ cup Lavender Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste
