What you need
- 2 oz of Jameson Whiskey
- 1 oz Mint Cocktail Syrup
- 1 oz fresh squeezed lime juice
- Ginger Beer or Club Soda
- Garnish with fresh mint, lime, and/or cranberries
Add the whiskey, mint syrup, and lime juice to a highball glass. Chill your glass for at least 10-15 minutes. Add ice to the glass, filling the glass to 3/4 full. Top with ginger beer or club soda if you prefer a less sweet taste.
This whiskey mule is a twist on the classic mule. Not being a whiskey person, I found this drink to be light, refreshing, and not overpowering. Perfect any time of year.
