Tempranillo is naturally earthy and slightly spicy, pairing perfectly with our Cherry Vanilla Syrup and fresh orange juice. This refreshing and fruity, easy-to-make cocktail is perfect for the holidays, brunches, parties, or cozy evenings.
What you need:
- 1 (750 ml) bottle Tempranillo wine
- (We recommend Scout & Cellar's Oso Pardo Tempranillo, a Spanish red with dark fruit and spice notes)

- ½ cup Cherry Vanilla Syrup
- ½ cup fresh-squeezed orange juice
- Fresh or dehydrated apple slices, orange, lemon, and lime wheels
- 1 cup sparkling water or club soda (added before serving, for a little fizz)
- ¼ cup brandy or Grand Marnier (optional, for depth and warmth)
Directions:
- In a large pitcher, combine wine, cherry vanilla syrup, and orange juice.
- Add fruit and stir gently.
- Cover and refrigerate at least 2–4 hours (or overnight) so the flavors infuse.
- Just before serving, stir in sparkling water or club soda.
- Serve over ice, with fruit in each glass.
