- 3/4 cup Lavender Lemonade Mix
- 1 quart water
- 4 tsp Lavender Simple Syrup (Cranberry, Peach or Lavender Lemon)
- Che Fico Bubbly Bianco or Sparkling White Wine
Stir lemonade mix and water until mix is dissolved. Pour lemonade into silicone ice molds and freeze overnight. Pour the lavender simple syrup into each champagne flute, put in one or two lemonade ice cubes and lastly add the sparkling wine. Serve immediately, and garnish with lavender, a lemon slice or cranberries if desired.
