Fresh Dried Lavender Buds
Fresh Dried Lavender Buds
Harvested by hand for a short time in June, our lavender is dried, then debudded and finally handsifted to remove dust and lavender stems. This process is not perfect and sometimes lavender stems can be found, so just discard. All buds are stored in airtight containers to preserve freshness.
Culianry: These buds are great for baking cakes, muffins, and breads.
Non-Culinary: These buds are great to make lavender sugar scrub, lavender soaps and/or sachets. Enjoy the wonderful fragrance of lavender in your home!!
2 ounces is approximately 2 cups.
